Workshops and competitions are programmed at a specific time or within a specific period and cannot be postponed. Since master classes are often offered over several days, we plan inquiries based on availability. If you do not like the date we have planned, you have the option of sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:twentsgitaarfestival@gmail.com\">twentsgitaarfestival@gmail.com<\/a> to request another date. However, there is no legal claim to this.<\/p>\n<p>As soon as your registration and payment have been received, the Twents Gitaarfestival Foundation undertakes to deliver the recorded orders. You can cancel your order free of charge up to 14 days before the festival by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:twentsgitaarfestival@gmail.com\">twentsgitaarfestival@gmail.com<\/a>. The amount you have paid will then be refunded as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Payment:<\/p>\n<p>The payment is processed by Mollie.com. Here you will find the most common payment options such as a.o. IDEAL, credit card and Pay Pal. After your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your notifications and the status of your payment. As soon as we have processed your data, we will send you the final invoice as a PDF document.<\/p>\n<p>Dutch law:<\/p>\n<p>Dutch law applies to all conditions.
